1. What you are buying
Every purchase is a license to use an instrumental under the contract shown in your cart. You are not buying the beat itself unless you purchase an Exclusive license, and even then the specific rights are defined by that agreement.
2. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally to your download vault immediately after payment. A license PDF is generated for every item.
3. Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is corrupt or the wrong tier was delivered, contact us and we will make it right.
4. Exclusives
When an exclusive license is paid, the beat is removed from sale automatically. If two buyers attempt checkout at once, the first completed payment wins and the other is not charged.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Licenses are issued to the account holder’s name and are not transferable.
